About Me
I’m someone who’s walked their own path through self-doubt, confusion, and transformation. My interest in emotional wellbeing is not just professional; it’s deeply personal. Like many, I’ve had moments of feeling lost and disconnected, unsure how to make sense of what I was feeling or how to move forward.
My own healing journey led me to explore what lies beneath the surface, and it was so life-changing that I felt called to support others on their paths too. Since 2019, I’ve been supporting people, offering a reflective, supportive space to make sense of what’s going on inside and reconnect with clarity, courage, and purpose.
I originally trained in psychotherapy in the UK, with postgraduate qualifications in Transactional Analysis from an integrative perspective. My work has always been rooted in a deep respect for both the science and soul of personal growth. These days, I offer support as a Mental Wellbeing and Personal Growth Specialist, drawing on years of experience and ongoing learning to create a space that’s both reflective and forward-moving.
